Our client is a well-established, family-owned supplier of architectural door and hardware products serving the upper Midwest for over 75 years. Specializing in hollow metal and wood doors, frames, and architectural hardware, the company supports general contractors across the multifamily, commercial, hospitality, and government segments. The Opportunity

The Project Manager reports directly to the President and serves as the primary point of contact for projects in the hospitality, healthcare, education, and multifamily segments. This is a sales-facing role requiring established relationships in the Eau Claire and broader upper Midwest market, and a working knowledge of the architectural door and hardware industry.

At any given time, the Project Manager will carry a portfolio of 15 to 20 active projects in new construction and tenant finish, managing each from cradle to grave. This is a role with real autonomy, backed by progressive leadership that invests in the tools and support needed to do the job well.

What You Will Need to Be Successful

• 3 or more years of Division 8 product and industry knowledge is required
• Demonstrated ability to manage $3M or more in annual project volume, with experience carrying 15 to 20 concurrent projects from award through closeout.
• Sales-facing orientation with established general contractor relationships in the Eau Claire region or broader upper Midwest market.
• Proven track record of project execution and troubleshooting; detailing and estimating experience in at least a supporting capacity is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal oversight.
