Tony heads to the outdoors to relax. His favorite activity is grouse hunting in the upland woods with his English Setter, Jennings, the “greatest grouse hunting dog in the state.” He also enjoys fly fishing in the beautiful lakes and rivers in Western Wisconsin. After 20+ years of coaching youth sports, he now enjoys attending Badger Football games with his adult children.

Michele has been with Misura Group since its start, having previously worked with Tony at Focus Executive Search. She started in the building materials industry at Andersen Windows. The combination of industry background and relationship building skills makes Michele a huge asset for our clients and candidates. Wearing many hats, she collaborates with the entire team to drive success in all areas, including business development, recruiting, and internal operations.

Michele’s biggest motivation is to be someone her daughter can be proud of. Outside of work, she can be found traveling for fastpitch softball and enjoying time with her family. Her zen is her garden, and she generously shares with the rest of the team!

Cody joined the Misura Group team in October 2022 as an executive recruiter. With nearly a decade-long career in technical marketing, he has worked with top brands like Delta Airlines, BFGoodrich, Polaris, and The Brunswick Corporation, helping them evolve their competitive market position through consumer engagement. Now, he’s excited to leverage his expertise to assist our clients in improving their competitive edge by connecting them with top industry talent.

Outside the office, Cody can often be found fishing with his son, Arlo, regardless of the season.

Peter joined Misura Group bringing 19 years of business development and client relationship expertise to the lumber and building materials industry. His background includes leadership roles at FedEx and Rentokil Initial, where he honed his skills in strategic thinking and people-first relationship building.

Originally from Colombo, Sri Lanka (8,500 miles from Hudson, Wisconsin), Peter believes the best results come with preparation and a people-first mindset. Outside of work, he’s a proud girl dad who enjoys strength training, drumming, traveling, and exploring new restaurants. You might find him cooking up something new in the kitchen or planning the next family adventure.

Megan brings over 18 years of marketing expertise to the Misura Group, having joined us in October 2023. Her career is marked by remarkable achievements and a relentless, results-driven approach. Megan excels in crafting and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that elevate brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive substantial growth.

Megan’s communication skills and profound grasp of marketing strategies position her as a leader and innovator in this ever-evolving landscape. Outside her professional life, her innate competitive spirit drives her to pursue personal goals, such as participating in Ironman 70.3 events across the US, as well as gravel racing, all while cheering on her children at baseball, softball, football, and downhill skiing events.

Beyond the office, Megan discovers immense joy in the great outdoors, often sharing these experiences with her family. She takes pleasure in activities like fly fishing, boating, hiking, biking, downhill skiing, and exploring new corners of the world.

Dan brings with him a wealth of experience in the building materials and HVAC industries. He offers a powerful blend of strong communication skills and strategic relationship-building expertise that allows him to connect easily with both candidates and hiring managers.

Dan is known for his ability to build trust quickly. He is an active listener, a skilled negotiator, and thrives under pressure—all while maintaining a sharp focus on results. His approachable style and deep industry knowledge make him a valuable asset to clients and candidates alike.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time on the golf course with his two sons. When he’s not golfing, you’ll find him watching sports, vacationing with his family in the North Woods, or escaping the Wisconsin winter on a sailing trip through the Caribbean.

Cheyenna joined Misura Group in March 2022 and brings a strong foundation in customer service, sales, and collections. Her background sharpened her ability to listen closely, ask the right questions, and understand what drives results, skills she now applies to research, candidate engagement, and marketing strategy.

She plays an integral role in strengthening the quality and depth of the talent pipelines we deliver to clients, supporting our commitment to precision, responsiveness, and long-term partnership.

Cheyenna is motivated most by her son, Kyren, whose encouragement inspires her to continually grow both personally and professionally. Outside of work, she enjoys supporting him at football games and staying active through coaching dance and cheer. She appreciates the calm of a good thunderstorm and firmly believes she does her best thinking without shoes on.

Hunter Bruhn brings valuable experience to the Misura Group team. Hunter has been a recruiter in the healthcare industry for 5 years, specializing in placing traveling nurses nationwide.

Hunter finds fulfillment in building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. He dives deep into understanding the company’s values and identifies the perfect fit for the role. Moreover, he ensures that the position aligns with the candidate’s career aspirations.

Outside of work, Hunter enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and dog, including golfing and spending time by the lake with family.

Kathleen brings over 6 years of recruiting and talent acquisition expertise to Misura Group. Her career includes specialized experience in legal, forensic, and technical recruitment, where she has honed her ability to identify top talent for specialized roles. As Executive Recruiter at T3X and HIKINEX, Kathleen developed strong technical recruiting skills, research acumen, and a proven track record of delivering scalable business support solutions.

Kathleen was drawn to Misura Group by the company’s deep focus on building materials and its reputation for creating meaningful partnerships with clients. As a Sourcing Specialist, she focuses on identifying and engaging top-tier talent to meet the unique needs of clients, bringing a dedication to delivering highly qualified candidates who fit both the role and the company culture. She finds the most rewarding part of her work is seeing both clients and candidates grow and knowing she played a role in creating those positive outcomes.

Beyond the office, Kathleen enjoys exploring new places, staying active through hiking and fitness, and trying new foods while traveling. She’s passionate about continuous learning and building relationships, and you’ll often find her in the kitchen on weekends experimenting with new recipes — her favorite stress relief!

Amy joined Misura Group in February 2022 as part of the research group on the marketing team. With 35 years of customer service, inside sales, and project coordination experience in the engineering, printing, and medical device industries, she contributes through creative problem solving and collaborative communication.

Amy learned what it means to do hard, honest work from her parents, her biggest inspiration. As the youngest of 8 children on a small dairy farm in Minnesota, she learned excellent mediation skills and how to get along with various personalities. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, reading, and spending time at her family cabin, which is now her sister and brother-in-law’s lake home. She likes to do puzzles with her 29-year-old daughter and went skydiving with her son on his 18th birthday!
