Our client is a well-established building materials organization with deep roots in the communities it serves, built on strong customer relationships, operational excellence, and a track record of developing leaders from within. The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Branch Manager to lead a $15 million location with significant opportunity for continued growth. This is a chance to run the branch like your own business — full responsibility for the P&L, people, sales, operations, customer experience, and overall performance.

The foundation is already in place: more than 20 employees, a large-format showroom, several storage buildings, and a fleet of company trucks supported by in-house mechanics. You’ll lead day-to-day with real autonomy, while benefiting from centralized purchasing, showroom design, and other shared resources.

With a clear runway and capacity to double the location’s revenue, we’re looking for a sales-minded operator who can identify opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, develop the team, and turn growth into stronger profitability. The right leader builds a culture of accountability and cross-training — a team that wears multiple hats and works together across the operation.

What You Will Need to Be Successful

• P&L responsibility with a strong understanding of revenue, margin, expenses, and profitability
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across sales and operations
• Strong commercial instincts and a track record of identifying opportunities for growth
• Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to stay close to employees, customers, and day-to-day operations
• Ability to build accountability while coaching, developing, and cross-training teams
• Strong business judgment and comfort operating with meaningful autonomy
