Currently leads finance for a PE-backed HVAC and air management manufacturer that sells through rep distribution partners into commercial and residential construction markets. Partners closely with sponsors, general managers, and plant leaders to expand EBITDA, accelerate cash conversion, and build investor-ready finance organizations, with a hands-on operating style rooted in time on the plant floor.

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS

• Orchestrated the carve-out of a $900M PE-backed building product manufacturer with no existing headquarters function; built the HQ finance team, business reporting processes, and systems, and delivered $30M+ in gross benefit across 24 manufacturing plants through pricing discipline, process efficiencies, and productivity initiatives.
• Founded and led a 3-year cash optimization program that improved free cash flow conversion from 55% to 115%, generating $1.5 billion in sustainable benefit
• Designed and deployed global supply chain financing alongside a procure-to-pay redesign, extending payment terms from 60 to 160 days, improving cash by $80M+, and standardizing collections and dispute management across 150+ entities.
• Turned a global automotive interiors business from an $80M loss to $100M profit in under two years through S&OP and margin analysis; separately delivered $180M+ in EBIT improvement for a $5B business through a quoting strategy overhaul and plant-level performance management.
• Served as enterprise lead for a $25M OneStream implementation across global operations, redesigning SEC reporting, planning, intercompany, and reconciliation processes and building the change-management program to modernize finance roles.
