The Opportunity

What you will Need to be Successful:

• Passion for leading from the front to drive a People First Culture with high engagement
• Serve as a nimble strategic business partner to the executive team, aligning HR strategy with company vision.

• Build and scale core HR capabilities including talent acquisition/management, performance management, and training, ensuring long-term sustainability and impact.

• Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver operational excellence while remaining hands-on and accessible to employees across all locations.

• Leverage technology and process improvement to enhance the employee experience, drive efficiency, and ensure a strong culture for growth.
