The company’s services offer a skilled team trained to provide expert estimating services to lumberyards, developers, architects, and OEMs. They then create customized plans that align with each client's specific business objectives and project requirements. As a result, they are rapidly becoming the go-to provider for estimating services in the LBM space.
The Opportunity:
As Vice President of Sales, 100% remote role, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by selling the company's service-based products within the LBM industry, with a particular focus on the East Coast. With your extensive network and hunter mentality, you will lead the charge in expanding the client base and scaling the organization. Your experience and leadership will enable you to build a strong team, providing mentorship and coaching to drive future success.
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
Proven experience and a strong presence in LBM sales, particularly east of the Mississippi
Entrepreneurial mindset; A results-driven, "hunter" mentality with a focus on achieving growth targets
Extensive industry network and relationships
Strong mentoring and coaching abilities, especially in sales leadership and styles
History of building/developing sales processes and teams
