Operating as a comprehensive business and design partner, they provide a single point of contact for everything from on-site design showrooms to product sales, installation coordination, and warranty programs. They set themselves apart with a white-glove approach. By strategically expanding their millwork division, they aim to offer a more comprehensive solution to their builder partners.

The Opportunity:

As the Millwork Sales Manager, you will have the rare opportunity to build an entire millwork division from the ground up. This isn’t just another sales role – it’s your chance to be the architect of something significant. You will leverage the company’s existing builder relationships and operational capacity to drive millwork revenue growth while combining the entrepreneurial thrill of building something new with the security and backing of a successful, growing organization. As the division grows under your leadership, you will transition into building and developing a high-performing millwork sales team that drives impact.

What You Will Need:

  • Deep millwork industry expertise including doors, trim, interior/exterior doors, and estimating processes, with the sophistication to handle complex production builder requirements
  • Proven sales leadership experience combined with strong individual selling capabilities and relentless hunter mentality for new business development
  • Track record of building relationships and establishing credibility quickly with production builders, especially in high-volume environments
  • Ability to influence and build trust at all levels – from builder executives to project managers to internal team members
  • Strategic mindset with tactical execution skills, thriving in fast-moving, high-volume production building environments
  • CRM proficiency to manage complex sales processes and pipeline development
