The Opportunity: General Manager
The General Manager will assume overall leadership for a building materials site, driving operational improvements and leading all activities. This pivotal role puts you at the center of an opportunity to develop and execute strategies to increase profitability, enhance process discipline, and improve sales performance. You will directly oversee all sales team members, establish best practices, and instill a culture of accountability across the entire location. Additional responsibilities include full P&L ownership, safety, policy/procedure development, and direct management of product distribution to dealers. The role is highly visible, with executive support and clear targets for revenue and EBITDA transformation. This is an opportunity built for impact.
