They specialize in serving professional custom and semi-custom homebuilders and remodelers. To fuel their continued growth, they are expanding their product offerings to include premium specialty products. The Opportunity:
As the Specialty Division Sales Manager, you will leverage your expertise in specialty products including premium wood and composite windows to create and develop a sales program (sales and installation) targeting custom builders and remodelers. Your focus will be on new client acquisition as well as growing wallet share within existing accounts. As you develop this division and impact on new business development and grow revenue you will also attract, hire and develop a Specialty Division Sales Team along with mentoring other branch sales representatives.
What You Will Need:
- Proven experience in creating and developing premium window programs targeting high-end/custom builders and remodelers.
- Strong skills in new client acquisition and expanding wallet share within existing clients.
- A project management approach to building and scaling programs.
- A passion for leadership with desire or experience in building and leading a team.
- Strong leadership competencies to guide and inspire a growing team.
