The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic, growth-oriented General Manager to lead the company through its next stage of expansion. This is a hands-on, field-facing leadership role with full P&L responsibility, overseeing both sales and operations across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience selling specialty products to builders and subcontractors, a proven ability to scale multi-site teams, and the strategic mindset to build out and execute a go-to-market plan in a growth-focused, entrepreneurial environment.
