The Opportunity 

We are seeking a General Manager to own market performance and operational excellence in one of the organization’s highest-performing and highest-priority markets in their national portfolio. This leader will serve as the market steward, setting the tone for culture, safety, service standards, and financial performance while building the kind of deep customer relationships that create durable competitive advantage.

This is a high-visibility, customer-facing senior leadership role with full P&L accountability across a portfolio exceeding $150M in market revenue. You will drive top-line growth, execute at an operational level, and shape long-term market strategy across a broad portfolio of building products.

The General Manager will lead a team of 60+ professionals across sales, operations, and support, ensuring disciplined execution, exceptional customer experience, and sustained market leadership in a geography that continues to outperform.

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in the building materials industry with deep expertise in distribution, sales leadership, and operational execution
