The Opportunity
Houston’s luxury residential market is one of the most active in the country. This company is already the dominant supplier in that market. This Outside Sales Representative will own a defined territory in the Greater Houston metro, covering the city’s submarkets and the custom home builders who work within them. You will be selling products into high-end custom homes, working primarily with small-volume, high-value custom builders.
Success in this role is not about cold call volume or blanketing a territory. It is about knowing who the best custom builders are, earning their confidence, and becoming their first call when they have a project that demands a sophisticated product offering. The sales cycle here is relationship-first, and the right candidate understands that the work happens over time.
This is an individual contributor role. There is no team to manage, no inbound pipeline to work. The expectation is simple: get in front of the right builders, understand their business, and bring the full product platform to bear on their projects.
