  • Established and executed a proven sales process targeting the top 10 national builders and regional multifamily customers.
  • Successfully negotiated multi-year agreements and strategic programs for flooring and other specialty building products, representing the company at the executive level.

Outside Sales

  • Managed relationships with regional offices of leading national builders, commercial general contractors, and specialty flooring dealers.
  • 2019 President’s Club award winner for outstanding performance, doubling territory sales from $4M to $8M across 150+ accounts.
  • Developed and executed sales strategies, focusing on a diverse client base: 40% national builders, 30% hotel and office projects, and 30% specialty dealers.
